The Coaching Approach

My work is grounded in Presence-Based Coaching©—a methodology that strengthens how leaders perceive, respond, and make decisions under pressure—and informed by lived executive leadership inside complex systems.

Human beings develop patterns for navigating pressure, uncertainty, conflict, and accumulated responsibility. Patterns that once helped us succeed and move forward begin, over time, to operate automatically, narrowing our judgment before we fully realize it.

Rather than analyzing leadership after the fact, we work inside the moment where judgement is shaped and decisions are forming, slowing down the dynamics of pressure just enough to see clearly what is happening internally and externally. From that awareness, leaders build the internal steadiness required to respond with greater discernment, choice, and alignment.

The aim is to expand your capacity to carry greater responsibility without losing yourself in the process.

What You Can Expect

Engagements begin with a 3-to-6 month commitment, which is enough time to work with habits and patterns. Sessions are biweekly, 60 minutes, virtual, and fully confidential.

Each engagement is structured around an initial intake conversation, a midpoint reflection, and a closing integration. Between sessions, leaders engage in practical developmental practices within their actual organizational context.

Coaching is offered in English and Spanish for leaders navigating complexity in either or both languages and worlds.

When organizations sponsor coaching, the structure is designed to protect the leader's confidentiality and the integrity of the work.
