How it works.

The structure, the commitment, and what to expect before you start.

Engagements are structured as either a six-session/three-month partnership or a twelve-session/six-month partnership. Each includes an intake conversation, midpoint reflection, and closing integration.

At the start of the engagement, we define an overarching goal or commitment you want to move toward in life or leadership, along with two measurable outcomes that support it:

  • An external outcome: a visible shift in how you lead, decide, communicate, or act.
  • An internal outcome: a deeper shift in the patterns shaping your experience and behavior.

Sessions are 60 minutes, biweekly, and fully confidential.

Coaching is offered in English and Spanish for leaders navigating complexity in either or both languages and worlds.

Organizations can sponsor coaching for leaders and team members while protecting the confidentiality and integrity of the work.

The leader or professional drives the coaching process, not the organization.

Corporate and nonprofit sponsorship is available. To explore this, contact me directly.

What can coaching support me with?
Coaching can support people navigating:
  • leadership transitions
  • burnout and overperformance
  • confidence and self-trust
  • difficult conversations
  • career and purpose
  • identity and belonging
  • relationships and communication
  • alignment and fulfillment
How is this different from regular coaching?
Many forms of coaching focus primarily on goals, accountability, mindset, or performance strategies. This work goes deeper than behavior change alone.

Presence-Based Coaching© works with the underlying patterns shaping how you perceive, respond, relate, and make decisions under pressure. That includes not only thoughts and behaviors, but also emotions, nervous system responses, habits of attention, and what your body may already be signaling before conscious awareness catches up.

Research in neuroscience, mindfulness, and adult development suggests sustainable change happens not simply through insight, but through increased awareness and repeated practice over time.

Beyond problem solving, the goal is to help you develop the internal capacity to navigate greater complexity with more clarity, steadiness, and choice.
Do I have to be a leader to work with you?
No. This work is relevant to anyone navigating complexity, growth, or a meaningful transition. If you are unsure whether this is the right fit, an introductory call is the right first step.
How long does it take to see results?
Most clients begin to notice shifts within the first few sessions. Slowing down enough to pay attention often reveals things that have been there all along. Meaningful and sustainable change typically develops across the full engagement.
What if I have never done coaching before?
Most clients come in without previous coaching experience. The onboarding process is designed to orient you to how this works and to surface what you most need to work on. You do not need to come in with a polished agenda. You just need to come in honest.
Is this therapy?
No. Coaching is not therapy and does not treat mental health conditions. The work is oriented toward the future and toward specific outcomes you want to achieve. If something arises that is better suited to therapeutic support, I will name that and refer you to appropriate resources.

The work begins with a conversation.

No pressure. No obligation to continue.
